A little of a year ago, Sara Groves released her ninth album Fireflies & Songs.
Christianity Today hailed it as the 'runaway' number one album of the year as chosen by a panel of ten music critics.
One of the songs on the album surprised people as Sara sang about her developing stage fright.
If you're not aware: stage fright is an anxiety, fear, or persistent phobia that can happen when you're required to perform in front of people. It's often triggered just by anticipating a performance.
But this is not something that Sara's lived with throughout her life. This is a recent development.
